Courier software built for how Jamaican couriers actually work
Your customers shop in the US, ship to a Miami address with their mailbox number on it, and collect in Kingston, Mandeville, May Pen or Montego Bay. LogisticsPlug is built around exactly that flow, from the warehouse scan to the signature at your counter.
Packages are matched to customers by mailbox number, priced from your own rates the moment they are weighed, and cleared with a manifest you can export straight into ASYCUDA. Your customers track everything and pay online through your own branded portal.
Mailboxes, pre-alerts and package intake
Every customer gets a mailbox number that ties their packages to them automatically. Customers send pre-alerts with their invoice before the package lands, and anything that arrives without a match goes to an Unknown Packages list so it is assigned, not lost.
- Mailbox numbers matched on arrival
- Customer pre-alerts with invoice uploads
- Unknown packages queue for unmatched arrivals
- Scan by barcode scanner, phone camera or typed tracking number
Customs and manifests for Jamaica
Group a whole arrival into a manifest, work out customs duty with the built-in calculator using the Jamaican tariff, apply the charges to every package's invoice, and download the ASYCUDA XML file for your broker.
- ASYCUDA XML and CSV manifest export
- Customs duty calculator on the Jamaica HS tariff
- Update the status of every package on a manifest at once
- Consolidated shipments from your US warehouse partner
Invoicing and online payments
Each package is invoiced from your weight-based rate table and fee rules, with no spreadsheet in between. Customers pay online through WiPay Caribbean or Fygaro, and reconciliation matches what the processor paid against what was invoiced.
- One invoice per package, priced from your rates
- WiPay Caribbean and Fygaro card payments
- Payment reconciliation and transaction history
- Coupons and referral rewards
The counter: pickup, delivery and signatures
When a customer walks in, add them to the pickup queue, find their packages by shelf location, and capture their signature on collection. Customers who want delivery can request it from the portal, priced by your delivery areas.
- Pickup queue for the counter
- Shelf and bin locations
- Signature capture on collection
- Delivery requests with per-area fees
- Uncollected package follow-up before storage fees build up

Frequently asked questions
- Does LogisticsPlug work with ASYCUDA in Jamaica?
- Yes. Any manifest can be downloaded as an ASYCUDA XML file, alongside a CSV export, so your customs broker can work from the same data you invoiced from.
- Can I bill customers in Jamaican dollars?
- Yes. Your rate table and fees are your own, and invoices are generated from them automatically when a package is weighed.
- Can my customers pay online?
- Yes. Customers pay their invoices from your branded portal through WiPay Caribbean or Fygaro. Both have a sandbox mode so you can test before going live.
- I already have a website. Do I need to replace it?
- No. You can keep your site and link to your LogisticsPlug customer portal, or use one of our courier website templates on your own domain.
- Can I move my existing customers over?
- Yes. Customers can be imported from a file, keeping their existing mailbox numbers.
